Bihar Vidhan Parishad, has release the Interview Admit Card on its official website for the Reporter, Assistant, Assistant Caretaker, Data Entry Operator (DEO), Lower Division Clerk (LDC), Security Guard, Driver and Office Attendant Examination 2024. The Interview will be conducted on June 2026, The Bihar Vidhan Parishad application process started on 16 October 2024, and candidates were able to submit their applications until 25 October 2024. Bihar Vidhan Parishad Various Post Recruitment 2026 : Vacancy Details
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree from a university recognized by the State or Central Government. They should have Hindi stenography speed of 150 words per minute and typing speed of 35 words per minute in both Hindi and English. Additionally, candidates must possess a computer certificate recognized by AICTE or DOEACC/NIELIT (equivalent to ‘O’ Level), or must have passed a Computer Proficiency Test.
Assistant
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree from a State or Central Government recognized university. They should have a typing speed of 30 words per minute in both Hindi and English and must also possess a computer course certificate from AICTE, DOEACC, or NIELIT.
Assistant Caretaker
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree from a university recognized by the State or Central Government.
Data Entry Operator (DEO)
Candidates must have passed Intermediate (10+2) from a recognized board or council of the State or Central Government. They should also have a typing speed of 8000 key depressions per hour (KDPH) on computer.
Lower Division Clerk (LDC)
Candidates must have passed Intermediate (10+2) from a recognized board or council of the State or Central Government. They should also have a typing speed of 30 words per minute in both Hindi and English.
Security Guard
Candidates must have passed Intermediate (10+2) in any subject from a recognized board or council of the State or Central Government. For physical standards, male candidates should have a height of 167.5 cm (relaxation of 2.4 cm for Terai region), chest 76.5–81 cm, and vision 6/12 without glasses. Female candidates should have a height of 154.6 cm (with similar relaxation for Terai region) and vision 6/12 without glasses. Candidates must be physically fit and free from diseases. Additionally, male candidates must complete a 1.6 km run in 6 minutes, and female candidates must complete a 1 km run in 6 minutes. Preference will be given to candidates with an NCC ‘C’ certificate or those who have represented the state, country, or university in sports at a recognized level.
Driver
Candidates must have passed 10th (Matriculation) from a recognized board in India and must possess a valid driving license (LMV/HMV).
Office Attendant
Candidates must have passed Matric (10th) or equivalent from a recognized board. They should have a working knowledge of both Hindi and English languages and must also know how to ride a bicycle.
Office Attendant (Watchman)
Candidates must have passed Matric (10th) or equivalent from a recognized board. They should have a working knowledge of both Hindi and English languages and must also have the ability to ride a bicycle.
