Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) has released the Answer Key on its official website for the B.Ed. Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (CECE) admission to the two-year B.Ed. course for the academic session 2026–28. The exam was conducted on 31 May 2026. The JCECEB application process started on 25 February 2026, and candidates were able to submit their applications until 25 March 2026. Eligibility Criteria
JCECEB Jharkhand BEd CET
Candidates must have secured at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/OBC/PwD and other reserved categories) in their Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree in Science, Social Science, Humanities, or Commerce, or 55% marks (50% for reserved categories) in Bachelor’s in Engineering/Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics. For M.Ed., a B.Ed. degree is mandatory. Candidates must choose one teaching subject studied in their qualifying degree with at least 50% marks out of 200 marks. There is no restriction on passing year, and final year students are also eligible, subject to fulfilling the required percentage at the time of admission.
